PC Sims 2 - saved games reloading

So EA are giving away the PC version of the Sims 2 ultimate for free until 31st July.

Use redeem code I-love-the-sims in your Origin account redeem codes bit.

Got this for one of the sprogs but we can't work out how to load saved games.

Anyone know how to do this?
