Anyways... i was in my other car which is a bit fast but not quiet fast enough

What would an 'improper' car entail?

Mine doesn't have a roof, power steering, a boot, properly working fuel gauge etc etc
On this basis, it fails to meet the requirements of what a lot of people would consider to be part of a proper car.

However, it does have a big engine, four wheels and the mechanicals required to make it go - so in its purest form it is more 'proper' than the majority of wafting gin palaces that get turned out these days.

They arn't very fast, but I quite enjoy mine...comfortable, frugal with fuel, easy to work on. Im not sure about the VTEC thing though, I suppose on the economy engine it's not supposed to kick in with the force of a thousand spooled up turbos
