My car has a what looks like some pre-wiring for a battery conditioner. Since it's already there, it would be good to get the appropriate conditioner. I have tried to attach my Ctek, but the connector is wrong. Can anyone shed any light on what i need? I know there was a battery conditioner available as an option, but before I buy one it would be nice to know it will fit.

Obviously not a huge job to remove this and fit a Ctek, but if it's the original one it would be nice to keep the car as is…

Thanks, Jules

That's not the Ferrari one.

Might even be the C-tec but 100% not a Ferrari.

Thanks. You are correct, just looked in the manual and the optional one connects under a flap in the luggage compartment at the front.

I have the optional one. It is to a CTEK what a 1980's motorola was to the iphone. It is a huge block of a thing, wrapped in expensive leather that is pretty inconvenient to use. You do indeed fit it under a flap below the wipers beneath the front hood. CTEK all the way would be my advice.
