That hole in my engine front cover.

Wasnt caused by blasting as first thought but by some bl**dy idiot drilling an 8mm hole on the inside of the cover the hole goes in about 10mm just nicking the outside surface....the mind boggles

Also the gasket with its own rubber seal located in the middle was hanging out in places at the bottom of the cover (causing a leak),sealer had been used in large amounts.

The cover i pulled from my other engine that was factory fitted had the gasket centralised with NO sealer and was as dry as yuo like.
