Cover star car needed for Classic Car mag

Chaps,

I've been asked if I want my car pored over by a top snapper to be cover star for Classic Car magazine... well, who wouldn't?

I can't do it because of work clashes, but don't see why someone else can't get a bit o' fame out of it...

If anyone thinks they like the idea of having their Griff made (more!) famous, post a note here... if there's any response, I'll post the details you need. The shoot is taking place at Bruntingthorpe in Leics, next Thursday 23rd, no 'action' driving needed, just toodling along at a few mph to get a pic etc and then lots of gorgeous statics. someone I know who got his car done (which is why I trust these chaps) got a stack of top pics out of it, which is what I was after too.

I'd love to do it coz i love the mag but have been stiffed at work.

So, if you think you are up for it, post a yes here, and then I'll post the details of the magazine bod you wanna speak to. Or email me!

PS... the wipers have just started stopping midscreen... have to keep the switch on until the blades hit the base of the screen then stop it manually... any clues?

try the connections on the side of the wiper motor, (i think its mainly the park switch) but i had the same problem, clean them up & WD40 also Rainex the screen and some spray silicon lube on the wiper blades with a cloth... solved it for me

Had the same problem on the Chim and it turned out to be a loose relay.
