S3 cigar lighter stopped working

I'm trying to find the fuse for the cigar lighter. does anyone know which one?

A look at the wiring diagram suggests it shares same fuse as handbrake warning light, instruments etc. Are they working?

I have found out the fog light fuse had blown and it must have been connected to the cigarette lighter, as it now works.
