I'm writing this in the supercar general section as it is much more about the dealer experience than about the individual cars

I went up to Lamborghini Sevenoaks to see their black murcielago roadster , and then to VVS cranbrook to see the orange roadster there

allan hines , the sales specialist at Sevenoaks was truly charming, and took great trouble to carefully and slowly guide my wife and I through all the details of the murcie, and in particular the rather challenging detachable roof arrangement
the test drive that followed was conducted in a totally professional manner

we then went on to see neil vas , the md of VVS , re the orange roadster
the collection of cars that he has for sale is stunning , in its number, variety, condition and presentation
neil has clearly been a life long car enthusiast , and his knowledge of , and passion for ,lamborghinis in particular, was great
he was very straightforward to talk to , and had total command in answering a few out of the way technical questions that I needed answers to
the test drive was again more than professional, with neil emphasising half way through that I was to enjoy myself more !! (not actually possible, when you are already at 100%)

the deal was not sealed at either place, but this had everything to do with me being inefficient in moving on my pre-airbag , manual 355 berlinetta , and nothing to do with Sevenoaks L or VVS

at a time when supercar dealers often get a bad press , I can genuinely see myself concluding business in the future with allan and neil

I wanted to make the wider car -buying community aware of the quality of business and service that both these firms provide

er , vvs have paid me nothing , and neither have lambo Sevenoaks
I had a good experience at both places in my search for a murcie, and felt others might find that info useful

Nice to hear positive things about VVS , they have a stunning collection of cars , recent comments I have read may have put some off so good to hear they are a professional outfit and not some flyby night company some have lead us to believe .

stryke-- it was a genuinely enjoyable experience at both L Sevenoaks and at VVS
I was a completely new and unannounced potential customer at both places

eric twinge--great to hear from you again
we have had to have (!) a new mds ignition box since last summer
please could you e-mail me , so that I can get in touch with you again
are you able to attend WILTON this sunday?

diablo SV--The collection at vvs is indeed amazing, and I only saw a fraction of it
apparently there is also a countach anniversary , a diablo jota and a Carrera gt in there as well , none of which I got to see as my wife was being kept waiting !!

Allan at Sevenoaks is a great guy to deal with. I bought my performante from him.

I've never bought from Neil but I did see a car he had for sale. He wasn't able to show me around himself, but did tell me where to go, left the car unlocked to I could have a good look around. Can't say fairer than that!

I bought my Ferrari from Alan Hines at 7 oaks, we received superstar treatment from start to finish, the car's been superb and the price I paid was the best available at the time. Good guy, highly recommend.

Cars path, I messaged you earlier also, I "may" be moving out of my 640 roadster orange flsh 10k miles.... Mark@justrunout.com

It's not for sale but I'll give you low down on what to look for, personally if you can afford to, stick with the 640 it's a much better and more desirable car.

Good luck car shopping, I don't think there's any better shopping
