Some fantastic insight there, I enjoyed that report.
It was my first time at Snetterton yesterday and have to agree about the openness being refreshing, from walking alongside where the BTCC teams are working to the low fences that give a clear view of the track. It seems to be a circuit that places trust in peoples' common sense instead of having a lot of unnecessary rules and this is conducive to a cracking atmosphere.
Enjoyed seeing the Clios cocking their rear wheel over the dip in the Bomb Hole apex too. There was even some overtaking in the Carrera Cup.
