Any PH'ers here into Supercar sales? I've spotted what I think would make a good new sales showroom. SW Essex location, 5 mins from M25 J29. New building, was advertised for rent a while ago, but sign gone now, but no occupant. Building finished, but needs fitting out. Quiet edge of village location. No competitors other than Astom Martin / Jaguar dealer. PM me for the full info.
