Driving Frankenstein back home Saturday the starter motor decided the time was right to energise itself into the flywheel gear !! result ? melted loom under the bulkhead, starter motor is now shall we say a different element on the periodic table,

Maybe time for the LS transplant after all I am a garage , hmmmmmmm ???

Most people aren't a fan of swapping the ajp lump for something else, but isn't there any British built v8 or v10 with 400 hp or more?

Just a quick question as I am not sure I understand the logic here.

A wiring fault is what I would say has caused your starter to engage whilst driving so it makes you think of changing out the engine, am I reading this correctly?

I'd love to put an AJP8 in an M12, less weight, much more power - perfect. Sadly available funds mean this is just a pipe dream.
