I know, I know....

But, could one of you kindly knowledgeable gents just cast your eye over this and tell me what it says please? smile

My OPC emailed it to me so I didn't get chance for them to explain it.
(It's my car, btw)

What does it mean 'misfire counter for every ignition 16911'?
And how can you tell the average speed?

Thanks

Maths ? Me?
No.

I wouldn't even know which figures on there to do a mathematical equation with wink

Have I been driving too slowly then?
(And it's only 3 years old)

KM's (25255) X 62 = Mileage (15600) ish

Mileage (15600 approx) divided by Hours (462) = Average speed (33mph)

What can deduce from this info ? You're not trying hard enough biggrin

HTH smile

1. The engine has run for a total of 462 hours.15,696 miles recorded. Average of 34 mph. This is normal.
2. At 135 hours, rev range 1 was exceeded for a fraction of a second (cumulative 23 ignitions in this range).
3. 0 ignitions in rev ranges 2-6.

Point 2 is debatable. The DME logs the last event. In your case at 135 hrs. This could mask 1 ignition at 10 hrs, 1 ignition at 20 hrs, and so on. All we know is that the cumulative ignitions number 23 and the last event was at 135 hrs.

Thank you.

So would I be correct in thinking that I've only hit the limiter once, on the up shift, in 3 years of driving this car?
If so, I'm frankly embarrassed.

Manual, btw.

Pull yourself together and go on and money shift the thing so we can all discuss Porsche GB's response when you say it's not your fault that it cannot handle 11,000 rpm.
