Hi guys, I've had a mini project log for my previous 2 cars on here, so I thought I'd get one going for my newest car.

It's a 2014 Focus ST-3 in Spirit Blue. I made the move from a 2013 Fiesta ST-2 simply due to the fact that I wanted more power, which at the time, it looked as if the Fiesta would struggle with.

The car is a daily driver, but is also going to be used for track duty, so it will be optimised for both.

The spec list is reasonably small at the minute, but now I've had my first track outing in the car, I know what needs improving.

- Milltek 3" 200 cell sports cat
- Milltek 3" non resonated cat back
- Pro Alloy intercooler
- Revo intake

The car will be running Revo stage 2 mapping within the coming weeks, which should take the power to 300-310bhp and 335-345lbft. I've had the car on a dyno as it stands, and the results were 272bhp and 305lbft.

The next stage for the car will be upgraded brakes (more than likely standard calipers with slotted discs and Carbotech XP10 pads, along with braided lines and Motul RBF600 fluid), followed by a Wavetrac diff and stickier tyres. Suspension is pretty capable, but will eventually be replaced (although I'm not sure what with yet). A stiffer rear ARB will also complement the car well I feel.

Thanks for looking, I'll try and keep this updated regularly with new pictures and updates.

I love the spirit blue, a guy in the next street has one.
272bhp standard or is it running stage 1?

Cheers mate! Mine with a standard map was quite easily keeping up with stage 3 and over RS' so it's a very capable car!

Thanks!

The 272bhp was with the bolt on mods, but still on the standard Ford map..

I like the look of these in that colour

Noticed the SCC stickers too, good guys, they looked after my Mk2 ST

I'd say the best modification I did on mine was the diff, so get saving!

I agree, they're a top bunch down at SCC. One of the only places I've ever truly trusted with my car!

Diff will definitely be coming soon, it does struggle getting power down out of the bends..

Very nice. Is that a US spec grill out of interest?
