Dealer Review Website

Hi all, does anyone know of a good website / application that can be used to review car dealers in the UK ?

I have recently had a vary bad experience and would like to leave feedback to try to help prevent others from going through the same experiences that I did.

I am a web developer and am even prepared to implement such a page, would there be anyone else interested in such a website to leave both positive and negative car dealer reviews regarding anything from servicing to purchasing etc...

Any inputs and thoughts would be appreciated !

I also found this and some others although could not really understand or find any useful information or reviews, and like @itcaptainslow said, seems like a lot of broken links....
