Great Customer Service From AM

As is often the case on Internet forums, it's typical to find more reports of negative experiences rather than positive ones. With this in mind and the fact that Aston Martin customer service has come in for a few negative remarks, I'm posting because very recently I've had great customer service from them. My car is out of warranty and on a visit to the dealer for some new tyres a problem was noticed with the CCM brakes. A quick call and discussion with AM customer services and they sorted everything to my complete satisfaction and within 24 hours. Really helps build brand loyalty and I for one was very pleased.

probably a manufacturing fault resulting in the brakes being a gnats cock away from failing at any moment haha!
