I know we are not allowed to name and shame on Pistonheads. So without any overt criticism...
I ordered a battery and charger for my Canon camera a few weeks ago from the above company and would like to praise them for taking so long to deliver the goods and congratulate them on their exemplary customer service in trying to set a world record in taking time to respond to not one but two emails.
I would strongly recommend that you too use this company if you would like to give your hard-earned to a business that is so clearly in need.
