Have any of you heard of or used

We have always been with NHBC and used them for our structural warranties on our new builds
This firm have approached us and having checked them out they appear to be accepted on the lending / panel for most mortgage lenders
Have any of you had any dealings with them?
Any issues getting your clients mortgages on properties that have their warranties etc?
Have any of your clients been reluctant to purchase a property as they didn't recognise the name, very aware that NHBC LABC and Zurich are generally the best known
