Well, not a bad punt at it, but you arnt going to mistake it for an F40 when you look for the engine in the rear, and then hear the engine (in the front) fire up!

There'd be something seriously amiss with an MR2 if you heard the engine noise coming from the front!

Although, to be fair, that is a better interior than a real one has... To make it more realistic, you'd need to take out all the leather and carpets and show some ropey looking welds and mysterious green goo between the composite panels...

Not a bad effort on the outside, inside is awful though.

What baffles me is why people go to this much effort on a fking Rev 1 MR2, which are - quite frankly - awful.

My response to these things has become somewhat more relaxed recently, and whilst I do feel a sense of pity for the owners some of them must be genuine enthusiasts but without the means to buy the real thing. Of course, a much larger percentage of owners are just complete poseurs, but equally that applies to drivers of the real thing!

I've never understood why there has never been a Lancia 037 kit based on the MR2. It has the right size and the right number of cylinders. A 037 rep would be a million times cooler than the "thing" above
