Red V8S has a new owner

Hi all

Well the new owner of my Red V8S came up and collected the car today. It has found a nice new owner, Chris from Bristol. He is a member on PH so hopefully he will drop in here occasionally to let us all know how he is getting on.

After getting into TVR ownership with an S2 and then moving on to the V8S I will always have a fondness for the S's. A great and much underrated car.

Having the Tamora now means that I'm still firmly in the TVR mould and hopefully I will still be allowed out with all of you on the many meets and events. I just need to work on SWMBO about doing a Euro Tour some time.

Thanks for all of your help and support through the forum, which I think is one of the friendliest and most active on PH. I will continue to visit here regularly so that I can keep in touch.

Shame you couldn't keep both, it must've been hard to let the V8S go.

Congatulations to Chris from Bristol; the new owner seems to be one of our top lurkers, joining PH in July 2008 as ????? ( ITS ME ) and going 8 years with 0 posts!
I wonder if we can coax him out to come & play, or is he shy like me?

I amended the owners list to take my name off the car, but I don't know the new owners PH name so I just put in ????? from Bristol. Looks as if ????? actually is a PH name though so I will delete it out of the list.
