What's this noise my car has started making?

I fear the worst......
please tell me it's a split hose.
Accelerated full throttle and heard a dump valve noise as I changed gear.

I'm no mechanic, but would have a guess as turbo/intercooler hose leak?

Sounds like air is escaping when/where it shouldn't'.

Sounds like an idler pulley bearing to me.

With sitting behind a computer and a 3 second clip its hard to tell. Take it to a garage for them to take a look.

Aux belt needs to be removed and see if the noise goes away

Wait till Monday then could be a load of things that you can guess at from a video of it.

Mates just came round, said the noise was coming from turbo. Great
Going to try and get an expert over to confirm.
