VAG "30-day exchange" - any experiences?

Curious if anyone had any experience (good or bad) of using VAG's 30-day exchange policy?
Assume you've negotiated a sensible discount on a car, you'd presumably have to go through the haggling all over again - but this time the salesman has absolutely no need to offer you a single penny, as he already has your cash...
And, while the VW one does say "no quibble", the Audi one looks a lot less useful than Sale of Goods Act..?
