Considering a CN - any advice on which?

I am considering moving into racing a CN car. I have been looking at various options, and as usual with racing budget plays a big part... Have been considering the following:

Juno SSE
Ligier JS 49
Ligier JS 51

Would consider Norma or Wolf but out of my budget really. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on what I should consider? Budget for car is max EUR 45,000.

Would have to be a Juno if you can get one with the new aero kit on it. Very fast over here in the OSS championship.
