Panasonic NV GS15B

Anybody got or used one of these?
I'm trying to figure out what camcorder to get and have very little clue about whats what.

This one seems like a good buy with 24x optical zoom, DV in/out (for bullet cam??), remote, etc.

There is also the GS22 for the same price, is it older or something

Any other recommendations for that price (not keen on Sony)

It would mainly be used for outdoor stuff. Winter jollies, in-car stuff and in-flight paragliding stuff. Hence the need for a bullet cam

Oh, can you recommend a bullet cam aswell???
