Arab supercars

Anyone know how long these are in London for?

Would quite like to see some of them as they stand out from the usual cars around Knightsbridge

I've seen outlandish supercars on non-UK plates around the Harrods area for several years when I've been in that area. I don't think it's going to change anytime soon.

I believe many come to avoid the Middle East summer. So your best bet is probably June to August.

It's not that great, I live off Bayswater, and I hear them ragging their cars at all hours.

Don't mind the odd rip, but this a residential road, with tourists looking the wrong way when they cross. Nice to see Bugattis, and other exotica, but going at least 60 mph in this environment is just asking for trouble.

Considering I'm surrounded by top end cars here, it's only the visiting Arabs who pursue this pastime, and give a chav element to their car appreciation.

They come after the end of Ramadan (Which finished a couple of weeks ago) and they do the "Season" in London which is six or eight weeks (I think).

This was outside my gaff the other day, swiftly followed by a RR Phantom Coupe and Bugatti Veyron at full pelt.

Don't get me wrong I like the sound of a nice car, and grew up under the Heathrow flight path, so am used to noise at odd hours ( if you think aircraft are loud, I endured Concorde and you could hear that a good few minutes before it flew over) but these cars are like a constant stream of Tornado jets, and they'll go round and round for what seems an eternity.

The number plate reflects the feelings of both parties in this matter

The constant noise and road racing would really piss me off if I lived in the area.
I think part of it is they know they can get away with it because english people are so non confrontational and respectful.
If the same happened in Paris they'd probably get a lot more stuff thrown at them, some verbal some solid.
