Spotted on BRF that a certain J Mcrae and I Grindrod have put an entry in for the Mull Rally in Mk1 Escort.

Now that will be a sight to see blasting down Tobermory sea front driving

Strange coincidence - I was just thinking about JMcR in his Manta 400 whilst winding my way up a fun road on the way to work this morning!

Apparently not - saw that on the Flatters, what a noise!

I'd love too, but I'm actually on Holiday that week. I use up too many brownie points competing myself to use them for spectating. But if I was doing Stages, Mull, RAC and the JCR would be top of my list.

Spectating there can be a holiday. Not sure I'll be over as moving house the week before.

It's possibly, and very probably the best event in British Rallying. I keep promising to go....never get round to going.

this car was Silver last year when he drove it and i think from memory he was in a Porsche previous years?

he was being interviewed by TV so 'scuse the piss poor pic

i must admit this year at first glance i didn't recognise him straight away, sure he's lost some weight over the last couple of years? getting the competitive edge back maybe?

Sadly, Jimmy & Ian retired on Leg 1 with fuel starvation and a wiper motor issue. Started Leg 2 under Super Rally rules but succumbed again after only 1 stage.

Congratulations to Calum on another win in some extreme conditions out there over the weekend. Duncan we were sad to see Doug out on the long one and hope the damage isn't too bad.
