Apologies, im sure I saw a similar thread but for the life of me I cant find it, and google isn't helping.

What are people actually paying for their 8y services on a v8 Vantage please? The prices seem to vary massively and haggling seems common. So what are people actually paying?

Many thanks

£700 plus vat which included the trans oil change but not the brake fluid change (they test the fluid first, if it needs changing then this is an extra £100?).

Not many independents in Bucks.

£883 inc VAT seems the best I can get including the gearbox oil change etc, I cant get anywhere near £650 and maintain all the service criteria.

I haven't called them, im London based, so a bit far for me. I didn't specify location in my question as im interested in pricing nationally.

But do not put your real mobile number in or you will be inundated with spam calls after.

In fact, I live in Pinner so about 50 miles away. Currently car is there having 60k mile service. They quoted £200 or so lower than anyone else though I really want the AM Works badge :-)

ah..right...I had the gearbox oil done early as I was looking forward to the improvement ...and it was noticeable....nearly £900 sounds about right then with 8 plugs and the gearbox oil, and extra labour

ok, so you are paying +£200 for a gearbox oil change ...not outrageous if the labour rate is like £80+vat per hour ...some dealers are £120+vat
