V8 Vantage Sat Nav Version

After recently picking up a 2006 vantage I wanted to upgrade the sat nav discs. However before I do so, I wanted to check the previous owner has not done so. Is there any way to check the age of the discs/software I am running? Are there any features that would make it obvious I'm on an old one?

Does it have full postcode search? If so they've been upgraded. The other way is to look at the discs, if they say Volvo or are just blank (no label) then it may be running the updated 'backup' versions of the discs which are available on the web for about 40 quid.
