Hello all

Just cleaned my M5 ready for a show tomorrow. Thought id put it up on here

I have had it for a couple of months and intended to keep it standard......then the tuning bug came along and the first thing i had to do was the muffler delete. I needed to hear some more of that V10 howl!

Dont be too harsh!

Looks amazing, not sure on the exhaust, surely that would irritate on a long drive?

It's how the M5 should sound.

Who cares what it's like on a long run confused

Tempting me to swap mine for an older M car.

Love it.

If I had an M5 I'd have it this loud too.

How much would it cost to fabricate a bypass valve with a small switch? I would probably be tempted to go down that path.

Ace car by the way - friend of mine recently bought one - not sure I could afford 200 miles to a tank (used to 700)

Isn't that the point of a car like the M5? Carrying 4 and their luggage long distances, quickly and in comfort?

Not a fan of the idle sound, but it like the noise when it's being revved. I think that they're a little muted stock (most BMW V cars do to my ears at least).

Nice car though. I really like these and think that the E60 has aged really well.
