I want one of those horns, with a big rubber bulb on the end that you squeeze and it makes a great noise.

Now I did try searching google for a big horn with a rubber and was really quite shocked at what I saw, so have given that up and thought I'd ask on here.

Where can I buy one?

Has hung on a length of cord outside for a good many years. Makes a lovely door bell.

Just as authentic on an old car, and more distinctive, would be a Klaxon Horn.
They were hand operated, as a bulb horn is, as well as electrical and provide that urgent sound that is associated with "Dive, dive dive", as well as "Get out of my way, you peasants"!!
