Hi all,

Does anyone know this car? Just wondering if anyone knows it from a previous life???

http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/t...

I am very seriously considering it but want to check now before I buy it and someone says 'oh you didn't read this post about that??.. Etc!!)

I love the colour smile

Cheers.

I liked the colour too.

Not seen it, been about for 6weeks or so I think. check when the rebuild was done, and only blowing hot air?!?! Could be a time consuming/expensive resolve.

Hi there...im off to see it this week so fingers crossed. ..there are lots of tired ones out there and they all look good in the photos!

Does seem an odd one that...my recently sold maseratis fan motor failed and I had to take the complete dash out to repair it...that was not a fun job (although I do believe I invented some new swearwords in the process !! )

we will see... smile

If it's only blowing hot air then fan is probably ok. Usually it's the Heater Stepper motor that fails. Depending on the position it failed on it's either hot or cold.

New stepper motor available from Powers Performance, it's about £100. Not too difficult to replace.

Electrics are a weak point, play with every switch and button.

Nice colour makes a change from Blue and Silver.

Thanks, thats really useful info! Cheers thumbup

Ive always loved nightfire red...my dads ultima spyder is that colour and it makes all the curves come to life, just like I think it does on the tuscan.

not having ac is a bit of a downfall, especially for when it rains keeping the car demisted, but i dont use my toy cars in winter anyway.

Yes, the heater issue shouldn't be too much of an issue. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=2&a...

Don't really want to say too much but it just wasn't what I expected. Its not been garaged and used everyday so mainly wear and tear..it runs well though!
