Anyone else noticed how great a day you have on it? Currently on 50mg a day to cope with bronchiectasis exacerbation. Blimey. I'm having to take nytol to get to sleep.

My son has is on 15mg a day for the next couple of days - just glad it is keeping him out of hospital.
