Rover MG ZR Immobiliser supply & re-code

Workmate has a MG ZR and is having issues deactivating her immobiliser via the keyfob, she only has one keyfob and is looking for someone to come to her and supply + re-code a new immobiliser fob, does anyone have any recommendations for someone in the Bellshill/Motherwell/Hamilton area?
Must be reliable, she's been let down a couple of times already by people promising to turn up then they don't show.
