New C Class 250 or BMW 330d?

I'd appreciate any opinions about the new C Class 250, I drove one yesterday and it feels,quick,light and nimble.
I had almost decided to buy the BMW 330d but the Merc is making have second thoughts.
The Merc is AMG spec and has a premium pack plus with panoramic roof and it's 204 bhp is torquey, laden with kit and I think it looks quite nice.
The prices/ monthly payments almost identical.
What do you guys think?
