Cannondale SuperSix or Planet X RT-57

Greetings one and all.
Despite me buying a new bike in March of this year, I still have the urge to get a nice road bike and I'd like to buy one now and take advantage of the sales.
Its between a 2014 Cannondale SuperSix Team colours with 105 and a custom Planet X RT-57 build using the components listed below. I'll be transferring the SRAM force that I have on my Giant along with RS80 wheels.
The Planet X is very tempting as its cheaper overall and I can afford to use some luxuries such as 3T bars, post and stem. I've played with a friend' 3T bars and I really liked them.
I currently have a Giant Defy 2 and a Planet X SLX cross bike. Most of my riding is my commute which I do 3 to 4 days a week. Its a 33 mile round trip and for the winter I will probably move to using the CX bike all the time as it has discs. I will probably join a cycling club soon too. I do a few sportives a year.
I love the way the Cannondale looks. It has the look of an old school race bike and I think the colours look great. There is also a lot of heritage in the brand too.
I also like the look of the RT-57 frame and overall its a good value package, but I all ready have a Planet X and I just fancy something different. There isn't much difference in the pricing. By the time I buy some spare wheels, its only about £100.
I'd be selling the 105 bits from the Cannondale. I'm a little concerned that I will struggle selling the 105 parts as there is loads on EBay as I suspect I'm not the only person who junks brand new groupsets off bikes because they prefer something else. If I can't sell the 105 bits, then I will put them on my old Giant Frame and just swallow the loss.
I know there are other bikes out there at this price point, but I'm fairly settled on either the Cannondale or the Planet X RT-57. I don't like the RT58 and quite frankly the N2A is quite heavy for a modern carbon frame. I'm not a weight weenie, but obviously I want a reasonable bang for my buck.
Just interested in opinions from people who have owned/ridden both

If you are interested, I'd be looking at £210 for shifters, cassette, front mech, rear mech and brakes. This kit would be brand new un-used.

(their price for the 5700 is also £299.99 - it seems to be the going rate at the moment)
