I think I’ve caught the Porsche bug...

Never disliked Porsches but never really desired to own one, up until I got my gen 2 Cayman S almost 4 weeks ago. I’ve been totally intoxicated since, and have fell in love with the marque.
Things I like, almost everything, as a package it’s brilliant and you'll never find an ugly woman in a Porsche showroom, which is nice!
Anyway here is the spec:
Cayman S with manual transmission, just rolled over 25,000 miles
19” wheels
Xenons
Sport Seats
PCM
Bose
Climate control, parking sensors, Bluetooth etc., just had cruise control retrofitted too.
Things I don’t like include Porsche batteries, the amount of tyre roar thing pumps into the cabin, and not being able to legally use the cars performance.
On a serious note the only thing that pains me with my love for Porsche is my Cayman is small fish compared to some of the other cars they sell, the likes of which I’ll never be able to afford, and I find that a little upsetting.
Though next year I hope to have saved enough to buy a nice 981 Cayman S with a few choice options, until then my 987.2 will do very nicely indeed.

I waited two years for the 981 bought a gt3 and m3 competition while I was waiting, the car was launched , I test drove it,
Bought a 987.2 cayman R.
Infact I own 2 987.2 cars, I just like them more.
You have a great car enjoy it. Nothing in the Porsche line up floats my boat now, prob buy a R8 v10 plus next.

Not driven it balls out other than a few quick blasts but I'm sure the time will come.
Its taken me a while to get the hang of this variable power assistance steering and the brake pedal is a bit different but its all coming together.
Kind of debating sport chrono retrofit as I would like a bit more slip and a sharper throttle response, but that's £500 less I'd have in my 981 kitty.
