Anyone know how to remove the Rear Air Vent?

I intend to replace the fuel cap solenoid on my Gallardo Spyder and am assured the easiest way is to pop out the rear air vent. However I have no idea how to do this and dont want to risk breaking the plastic air vent.

If anyone knows how then I am all ears!

Easiest way to do it is through the wheel arch liner, off the top of my head you need to remove the wheel arch liner to remove the air vent anyway...
