That's really interesting as I was done on the A9 in the dark by a totally unmarked car, in fact it was black and at night. Are we saying that's against the rules, they didn't even have Hi viz on

It's getting worse in Glasgow - the police seem intent on targeting the 'easy options' rather than tackling the DANGEROUS driver who speed in the built up areas.
