Strap for Heuer Carrera 45 - thoughts?
Discussion
I've just acquired - after several years of keeping an eye on the various auctions - a 3647S Heuer Carrera 45, which is in really good nick for a 50 year old watch. I just wonder what strap would work best with it - I took off the brown perforated one that the seller had fitted it with, and (probably temporarily) stuck on the black alligator skin style one in the pictures. Doe any opinions of alternative straps, or recommendations of vendors?

I agree that is really nice, I always wanted to get a Heuer to go with my Tag Carrera Twin Time.
As for straps someone suggested this site but im not sure yours has a deployment clasp.

Thanks - I do actually have a Heuer deployment clasp as well (from another watch) so I might well swap that on. The specific strap you pointed to is too big in this case - the old Carreras are a 36mm case with 18mm->16mm strap, but they do have an equivalent sized one so I'll take a look - cheers
