From the comfort of a luxuriously spacious back seat, per chance

I really should make time to read the le mans forum

Travelled with Alf Essex in his Tuscan S (top bloke)… blagged drivers parade with Lake (top bloke)… spotted Bridgdav's car, and hat a with Harry.

Will be in the Chim this year…

I will be going in something unusual next year, along with a few other familiar names. If we dont get spotted it will be a miracle

Bob,
I'm going - tickets booked Pompey to Caen on Wednesday 15th through to Monday 20th.
You've got to do it 'avec le decapotable'. Where else would you get a motorcycle cop lean over to you at the petrol station and say 'Allez'! and let you out of the forecourt.....unless it's something about V8S's!

I'm meeting up with the Northants region in Houx. The Le Mans experience is like nothing else, almost worth it just to see all the exotica in and around the track, pure petrolhead heaven.

Spivvy, Bob,
Yes - 'decapotable' means decapitated! (the car - not you!)
Love 'em or loath 'em, the French love Brit sports cars IMHO. Never had so many thumbs up and waves than when hooning down the back roads last year.

Avoid hangovers:
Go to Le Mans, but leave yer head at home.
