Freelander GD TD4 buying advice

Hi All I am considering buying a Freelander GD TD4 130k miles on the clock. It has full service history, a stack of reciepts since new, tempting certainly. Price £2000
I was hoping some of you Landrover knowledgable guys might be able to advise me: firstly does this sound a good buy? and what I need to check when I test drive it.

Went to see it £1995 130k on clock found the following negatives
Needs New front tyres
Dent in backbox
Grass underneath
Mould in boot?
Bottom rear brake light out
Drum braked rusty
Drivers rear arch little corrosion
Good points full service history, recent clutch drives well no knocking
Question is does the negatives mean walk away?
