Daytime running lamps in markets where it is mandatory is accomplished by forcing all exterior lighting to be on every time the ignition is on. Turning on just the corner lights is not possible.

So is it possible to have all the sidelights on when the ignition is on?

As Karl says its not possible to JUST have the LED strip on
Where it is a legal requirement AM just configure the car so the LED and dipped beam come on with the ignition
I'm sure it is possible to do just the LEDs with a bit of wiring "intervention" no ones has felt strongly enough to bother as yet.
All I do is flick the switch once I've started it, it brings the backs on too though

Thanks
I'm not a light nut or anything it's just when I ordered the car I asked if this was possible to have done and was told it shouldn't be a problem and now they are saying it can't be done.
I will just turn the switch like everyone elsesmile

Thanks for the info
