'Beginners' Fitness App - Advice Please :)
Discussion
I'm keen to get in better shape, used to be pretty fit, now medium/low fit.
Play tennis, cycle, ski, swim but none as often as I should / can.
I'm interested in an App where I can put on headphones and it will tell me what to do, rather like British Military Fitness in your ears.
Can anyone recommend one?
Thanks!

Having said that if cycling os your thing then install Strava and instantly become obsessive
^This.
I used to get so into doing some really good routes, then on the GPS type apps that track you and I'd sit for ages afterwards seeing what calories i'd burnt, times etc and then planning the next jaunts.
I really need to fix my road bike, it's sat in the shed with a knackered wheel and tyre. I miss it.
