Anyone out there know how to remove sticker residue on the bonnet? It is very stubborn as the heat from the engine has moulded the sticky glue to the paint of the car.

I have tried a number of techniques wd40, tar remover, gluegone and even a hair dryer.

so any advice?

thanks

Yes, those 3M products are pretty good.

Might also be worth having a go with a clay bar afterwards,

Had a similar problem and used the wife's nail varnish remover, worked for me just make sure you polish afterwards as this will lift everything
