There is what looks like a drainage pipe dangling from the rear underside of the car, and it feels as though it has become detached from whatever it is supposed to connect to. Is there any way of reattaching it without dismantling the back of the car? Or is there any harm in just leaving it as is? Thanks.

Happened with mine recently after it had been in for some suspension work. I sent it back and they fixed it.

There is a drain pipe on the trailing side of the left hand wheel well. It is held in place by 2 plastic clips to the wheel well liner but it is very easy to come loose from the clips (or re-attach) but you might have to remove a few of the liner screws to get access to it.

Thanks. Do you happen to know what it drains (from where?). Is it water from the boot lip, filler cap void, or tonneau cover? I'm wondering whether it has actually become detached from any of these, as when I pull on it (gently) it seems to come down very easily.

I think they told me it was aircon condensate.

No, that drain line is in the front. This drain line is for overspill of fuel.
