Superperformance GT40

I am thinking about ordering one (just starting investigating them properly).

Anyone on here own one or have first hand experience of one?

Seriously looking at one a number of years ago. I would respectfully suggest you look into RCR as their chassis were a number of steps ahead in terms of design

Lots of (primarily US) knowledge at www.gt40s.com - also at Goodwood in June there was a Uk dealer for one of the South African replicas who seemed both knowledgeable & helpful - maybe these guys http://www.cambridgemotorcompany.co.uk/cav-gt.html

Ironically that kick-started the process as I saw their GT40 when I was checking their car storage business out (they are currently looking after my 911).

I thought the Superperformance was supposed to be more authentic as you get a chassis number but as I say, only just started the research.
