Most 'TaxTheRich' videos seem to have made it onto Pistonheads, but I haven't seen this one linked/discussed.

Must admit, I was wincing watching it as I love the XJ220.

What caused the fire?

These videos have gone beyond stupid now, they're just looking for a way to antagonise.

May have put some combustible fluid under the car and it was ignitied from the wheels spinning (would there be enough heat and pressure to ignite?)

Pretty risky thing to do.

yes

Up until now, most of the videos looked like a lot of fun for the driver, if a little brutal on the car.
Didn't really see the 'fun' in this one.

That does look like fuel on the track the way the flame flows as the car passes over it

Just why really .....I often think there is so much I will never understand

Have to agree. I've not really been a fan of any of them to be honest. Whilst I don't really see some of these classic supercars as items that should sit collecting dust in a private collection, I find ragging them around a farm a bit too extreme.

Sounds like a bag of spanners as usual. Not an attractive car in my book- about three feet too long and with 6 cylinders too few.

It's their car, they can do what they want with it. We should be thankful that they choose to share them with us.

Well, if it's any consolation I'm not particularly bothered about watching them abuse cars in that way. If that was some guy doing that in a Corsa, people would be pointing and laughing.

Front splitter also seems to work well as a lawn mower...
