It's a tough watch, and it's brave of the family to release it.

I see this as a warning to both riders and drivers alike to watch and drive/ride to the conditions.

I recognise the bike as a Yamaha FJR and with the needle at almost 1 o'clock, he was cracking on for 110mph so. The driver has since been prosecuted and stated that he didn't see the bike, but at that sort of speed even if he had seen him, it's not likely that he'd have expected a bike to be approaching at almost twice the limit.
