996 Throttle plate angle

Guys am I right in thinking I should see a throttle angle of ~ 80% at WOT ?

I`ve recently had my 100 cell cats replaced for new 100 cell cats but with X design. Driving it back it felt a little flat but I also changed the plastic throttle pedal for the GSR HD one and this is the first time I`ve really driven the car since fitting it.

its a 996.1 so throttle cable and when pulling the cable at the engine Durametric shows 82-83% on the stop but when pressing pedal it only shows 67% on the floor (there doesn`t seem to be any slack in the cable as a tiny movement registers 3-5%.

Looks like I'm talking to myself but incase anyone else installs the GSR pedal with a throttle cable, I had to remove the spacer from the stop on the back of the pedal and shorten the bolt. Seeing full throttle at the pedal again now, amazing the difference that extra 15% makes.
