Finished off the instal today and all works perfect. Shift speed the same as using the lever, also not lost any functions from the steering controls inc the lighting. Why they didn't come like this I don't know. smilesmilesmile
Cars dirty I know as yet to clean it after the Euro trip.

Well done - glad it's all worked out - that is one of the most impressive 'self' mods I have seen so far

Yes, would be lovely to have it as standard fitment!!!!

How does it shift-any delay or does it bang up the box???

What was the total cost in all? How did you wire it up?

Will do a write up later as off to the gym now. Quite easy to do to be honest although dremeling out the back of the steering wheel took time and patience as wanted it stock looking and spaced perfect.
The paddles are Ali as didn't want a cheap plastic feel. Their colour also matches the interior silver as well - came from an AMG Black edition C63. smile

Gareth, shift time is identical to the stock manual shift with the lever. Feels nicer down shifting and getting the throttle blip via the paddles.... the child coming out in me there though. biggrin

Looks really good!

And for less than £300 a relative bargain for all those grandad shifters wink

Nice job.

I imagine they are wired to the shifter mechanism and use the same momentary switch TUTD as the console shifter?

So same as tipping the console shifter, but mounted on the wheel?

I think the VF2 is due to have these going by the fact the SS 2015 has them. So there will be an OEM option.

I think Id spend the extra towards better, heads or cam smile

You can't buy much for the £100 this cost me in total.... Including decent paddles rather than those nasty GM switches advertised on ebay as a kit Gary! $330! Really!!
