TBH, I don’t usually have the back section down on my car (always roof off but pram hood up)…but as it was very nice yesterday, I dropped the lot!... but, I only get to see the tops of the cars following me, where as my mate can see the lot…

One thing we did notice between the two cars is the stays are fitted different ways around?.. not sure this will make the difference (will unbolt mine and see if it drops and more).. but what’s the correct way?.. how does everyone else have them fitted or is it a TVR ‘left to the fitter’ special wink

I had my Griffith over 2 years before noticing one was up one way and the other the opposite so made them both the same , then went to a TVRCC meet and saw other Griffs and mine were both wrong !
When they are fitted wrongly there are sharp edges to the front. Simon

I think if it's not that warm the rear screen is not as flexible and will not allow the hoop to full lower.
I find on really hot days the hoop falls fully down without the need to push.
So warm days I can see the cars behind fully, colder days I can only see the roof on the cars behind.

Even thought of that one... I went to the garage.. fill up with petrol.. came back and close the car in my garage for 15 mins.. then I put the back down so it was nice and warm so the rear screan should be flexable....
