After seeing the MK2 MX-5 SOTW on the homepage on Friday, I swiftly conjured up £900 and fully intended to drive up to Bedford and buy it, adding another Mazda to my collection.

Unfortunately, however, I brief moment madness caused me to make a massive (to me) impulse purchase - I bought an Xbox One. And a Playstation 4. Along with Forza 5 (XBO), The Last of Us: Remastered (PS4) and Metro: Redux (PS4).

I do regret blowing £750 on some games consoles but looking at it realistically they're going to last me for the next 6 years or so, so long term its not a problem...

Anyways, anymore games you guys can recommend? I'm not a fan of JRPG's and as I never owned a PS3, are there any other remastered PS3 games on the PS4 that I can't miss out on?

I've got no great advice, but top marks for effort.

Seriously.

I will pick up Destiny at some point, probably not at launch though - I'm not really much of a gamer these days and as a result don't keep up with all the news and stuff...

What is destiny about? Is it single or multiplayer focussed? I would google it but I'm at work with a filter that blocks anything except PH for some reason!

Wolfenstein is good fun on the PS4. Also really enjoying Diablo 3.

I've wanted to give Wolfenstein a try but don't know if I want to fork out £25+ quid for it! I was kind of hoping someone would recommend it, it gives me more reason to eventually pick it up! smile

Haha no I'm not married, I used to game a lot - back in Jan 2011 I was ranked 17th in the world on CoD: Black Ops with a K/D of 5.25 - though I was playing 12 hours a day to maintain my position on the leaderboards. It kind of burnt me out though and I 'retired' from gaming... Looking to get back into it now, its cheaper and healthier than getting drunk every night and cheaper than spending all my money on fuel hooning around the county! biggrin
